Pavel Cherkashin

Pavel Cherkashin is the Managing Partner at GVA Capital. He is based in San Francisco. Pavel attended Lomonosov Moscow State University and graduated with a BS in Computer Science in Global Ecology in 1995. He earned a PhD in Computer Science from the International Institute for Applied Systems Analysis. Previously, Pavel was the CEO of Actis Systems, Director of Sputnik Labs, as well as a Country Manager for Russia multiple companies including Siebel Systems, Adobe Systems, and Microsoft. In 2015, He became the CEO of HACK Temple, a San Francisco-based startup embassy for entrepreneurial minds. Pavel is the Founder and Managing Partner at GVA Capital. Pavel is an investor in several projects including STORJ, Luminar Technologies, and Blockchain Programmatic Corporation.
